A leading large local FMCG organization are urgently looking to hire a CRM & Order Management Manager to join their team in Riyadh
Manage and establish a stable Order Management & CRM system and ensure that the essential core design features and elements of the system are implemented i.e. requirement analysis, design, development, training and end-user support. Accountabilities include Sales Visibility, Managing the Order to Cash Cycle , Backup resource for ORACLE Incentive and Compensation application
5+years in implementing and supporting Siebel modules demonstrating strong Techno Functional Skill / knowledge on Siebel and integration of Siebel with ERP apps and 3rd party apps.
Strong Analytical & problem solving skills
Should possess technical knowledge to guide developers to build custom objects.
Strong written and verbal communications
Logical thinking, Self-confidence and innovation
Project Management experience a strong plus
Large scale complex servicing implementation experience preferred
