|Job Description||Our Client: Leading Consumer goods distributor based in UAE are looking to hire a Recruiter to be based in Dubai.|
Your Role: The recruiter would assist the HR in Sourcing of candidates, Screening profiles , Onboarding new employees, Visa processing of the new employees and their training and induction. The role would require screening of Blue collars and junior level candidates. The incumbent would have to travel to source and select Blue Collar candidates.
Must have managed end to end recruitment cycle for Blue Collars.
Must be willing to travel.
Must be well organized.
Must have 2-3 years' experience in Recruitment.
