Accessory Leader - Automotive

Our client : A global market leader (OEM) in automotive space

Your role : Your key responsibilities would revolve around

  • Manage company’s Accessory Product Plan (Identification of line-up, consolidation at business level, prioritization) – This includes Conversion activities.
  • In charge to identify synergies and implement best practices related to accessories among the assigned Region
  • Build and consolidate Accessory sourcing plan, manage Total Delivery Cost.
  • Consolidate/ensure reporting of Accessory performance: (Sales Revenue, SR/New Vehicle Sales, Gross Profit: Current, forecast, Mid Term Plan)
  • Coordinate Accessory actions within the assigned region
  • Support Accessory Club Metier organization
  • Support the implementation of the Accessory life cycle plan, market by market within ( for each vehicle model, what are the Special Version, what are the accessory pack, what are the conversion)
  • Identify local Accessory best practice and implement them across the assigned region
  • Build sourcing plan strategy with purchasing team and R&D for Accessory. ( what is the supplier panel for each accessory we intend to localize)
  • Consolidate accessory product plan (schedule, Business plan, Return On Investment)

Must have :

  • Minimum 5 years of Aftersales experiences or more in different aftersales sectors (Accessories, parts, …) in AUTOMOTIVE industry
  • At least one of the following experience: accessory product planning, accessory purchasing, accessory sales in Network
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Should be based in UAE
  • Age bracket 23-34 years (Very strictly followed)
