Your Role: Looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner who will be a part of the country management team to be involved in managing and developing a comprehensive human resources strategy for the organization and direct external relationships with employer organizations, trade unions and regulatory bodies. Design, development and management of HR Strategy and Policy for the organisation.
Must Have: Incumbent should come with 8+ years Generalist experience of HR practice in a labour intensive service industry.. South African BEEE national with exceptional expertise in local labour laws. Hands on experience in managing blue collar employees.. Excellent Interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate at all levels.. A high level of commitment, motivation and initiative. Effective Leadership Skills.
