Job Description Our Client: Regional Leader in Heavy Machinery & Construction Equipment segment

Your Role: The HR Generalist position provides day-to-day human resource generalist consultation to associates and managers. The position will serve as a critical member of the team responsible to support the HR function for assigned divisions or functions across the Asir Province . This position will partner closely with the HR to successfully implement and drive HR initiatives.
This position is based in Abha.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related area
  • 2-3 years of human resource generalist experience working with local or multinational companies
  • Good working knowledge of GCC Employment Laws. Fluent in both English and Arabic
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Strong organizational, time and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop action plans and implement solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills to make recommendations & decisions based on solid assumptions, Results-oriented, adaptable with proven drive & follow-through in a fast paced, results driven environment
