Job Description Our Client: A leading company based in Oman is looking to hire a Finance Operations Manager for their head office in Muscat.

Your Role: You will ensure solid financial operations in the Company by supporting the CFO & General Manager in the business decision-making as well as sound accounting and reporting for the Country, while ensuring the highest standards for stewardship and governance throughout the company .Work as One Team and a Business partner with the internal stakeholders across different shared services i.e. HR, Supply Chain , IT except the commercial department to manage stable and first time quality and Accounting operations. Participate in route cause analysis and best practice improvement activities and close gaps. Effective relationship management with shared services to manage quality

Must haves:
Must be a Chartered Accountant with minimum 8 years of experience. Manufacturing & FMCG experience is a MUST. Must have an excellent stint in Supply chain finance role.
Excellent command in English.
Candidate must portray strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Must be able to deal with stress and must have excellent time management skills.
