Our client is one of the world’s leading automotive groups. They are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team and look after the LEVANT market.
The desired candidate will be required to establish and implement sales strategies and performance measures. He will be leading the sales team to achieve annual sales operation plan and building up the company’s sales to achieve the national sales volume, market share, and profit objectives. The candidate will develop integrated multi-channel sales strategies to deliver key sales performance indicators and manage sales budget planning and reporting by supporting sales teams in developing budget proposals and consolidating overall sales annual budget plan.
You will lead the brand activities execution by the sales team, monitor and guides excellence in promotional execution across channels and ensures compliance with the Company’s credit and trading policies.
You should also be able to develop and achieve overall fleet sales strategy and business plan objectives in the KSA Region in line with the company’s corporate strategy. Furthermore, you will be required to develop and manage key accounts for the company’s national dealer sales business and conduct showroom audits
Skills and Qualifications:
Hands on field experience in Automotive Sales & Marketing
Managed front-line performers.
Minimum of 7-10 years in within LEVANT
