Job Description Our Client: Leading Consumer goods distributor in Oman are looking for HR Business Partner to be Based in Dubai.

Your Role;This person will take care of the HR function including Payroll, hiring, on-boarding, dealing with labor laws, employee engagement and training. The administrative elements will stay with the HR BP. You will be responsible for include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labour legislation in FMCG space.

Must Have; Experience with full-cycle if the hiring process, Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance, Solid communication skills. BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field. FMCG or trading background will be preferable.
