Job Description

Our client : An Automotive leader in the GLOBAL market and one of the most renowned brands to be associated with.

Your role: The incumbent would ensure timely and accurate supply of parts and accessories to all the dealers to achieve company's commercial and operational targets in Egypt. You would be responsible for providing input in after sales budget development process, managing working capital for parts and accessories, defining new parts pricing and authorizing dealership performance bonuses and defining price investment/incentives for dealerships and monitoring budget spend of after sales field force. You should be confident in managing after sales parts operations & warehouse & logistics operations in Egypt. Your prime target would be to improve inventory control & parts availability across Egypt, build strong relationships with external customers and securing long term business, deal with dissatisfied customers and manage complaints, review monthly sales and profit performance and to ensure the after sales department achieves its targets.

Must have:

  • Graduate with experience in AUTOMOTIVE Parts in EGYPT is PREFERABLE.
  • Experience of operating and the setting up of Parts distribution channels in emerging market
  • Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous
  • Should have worked in Automotive market in Egypt as the location of position is Egypt
