Your Role: The incumbent will be responsible for Managing sales team of projects. Attending top management meetings to build business plans. Developing plans and strategies to improve sales. Prepare and implement trackers and objectives for the sales team to achieve company strategy in market. To establish clear region wise targets and objectives for the product group. You will monitor key projects regionally and ensure support. To monitor progress and report development of business to Head of Sales. To support Marketing team in setting up and executing a marketing plan for the
Must Have: Graduate in any field of Eng. / Physics / Chemistry, MBA – added advantage. Arabic speaking – preferred, not mandatory. Work experience in this field and/or practical
professional training is ideal. Must have 8-10 years of relevant sales experiences, atleast 4-5 years in construction chemical companies.Knowledge of waterproofing systems and application/installation procedures is a must.
