Your Role: You will generate on-going sales of new and existing customers and provide a localized manager presence in select areas as determined. Maintains and expands customer base by collecting market and team feedback and building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities. Manage Relationship team to achieve the targets. Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives. Leads the sales team, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, and hiring. Ensures that the set objectives with sales team are followed and measured half yearly and by end of the year to evaluate each team member and gives feedback accordingly.
Must Have: Candidates will have 10+ years of experience selling professional finance or financial related services solutions B2B. You will be a capable networker and relationship builder, confident targeting, negotiating and closing business with senior level decision makers. You need to be professional, well presented, and self-motivated, and must approach sales with a hands-on, professional and commercial attitude.
