Our Client: A multi billion dollar organization with products which are household names is looking for a high potential candidate to join their consumer insights team in South Africa.
Your Role: Your job is going to be all about creating the competitive advantage, delivering the market insights in a manner that facilitates decision making and helps define the category strategy for our client. Being the voice of the consumer and leading the market research agenda across the region you need to come armed with intellectual ability that deals with complex and sometime conflicting situations, have the ability to influence and build an audience. Working with the marketing teams you would help devise the research agenda for the year, partner with external agencies to set up projects to support the business goals. Most importantly you should be able to derive a compelling story that is based on facts and sometime not so obvious consumer insights.
Must Have: 7+ years of market research experience, Need extremely innovative & enthusiastic individual with experience and Skills to use Qualitative Research tools/techniques, data collection and data analysis, Ability to interpret results, excellent understanding buyer behavior, Competition and Market SWOT analysis.
