Your Role: You will support the Operations Manager in manage the business, consumer experience and brand building. Your Main focus area is the maximization of sales and trading performance across the allocated and the use and monitoring of operational standards within the units. You will assist shops to maximize their profitability, always focusing on company brand strategy and standards of quality, and service. You will maintain excellent collaboration relationship with Marketing and Logistics departments respectively to ensure functional excellence within Shops in terms of effective marketing plans, accurate demand and delivery.
Must Have: 5+ year’s prior experience as a manager within a “concept” operation. Prior catering concept management experience is desirable. The successful candidate will have sustained energy and enthusiasm and will be able to demonstrate high standards of performance whilst being able to lead, motivate and inspire a team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of shops within a set geographic area for the planning and overall management of all duties that support the stores strategic business plan.
