Our Client: Our client a giant entrepreneurial FMCG business in Africa
Your Role: The position is going to be designated as Regional Sales Manager. Since Nigeria is one of the most populous countries of Africa each region has a substantial volume of business and complexity of delivery to me managed. You should have 15+ yrs of experience in the FMCG world, should have managed direct distribution and large teams. If you have managed revenues of over USD 80 million that would be a big plus. Experience in developing and deploying RTM strategies, identifying new opportunities and creating within the system would be critical
Must Have: MBA preferably with 15+ years in quality FMCG with experience in direct distribution and traditional trade. Prior experience in developing and deploying RTM strategies would be great to have. Financial Acumen and Numerical ability should be very strong. An ability to motivate, mentor and monitor the sales team
