Our Client: A well-known FMCG organization is looking to hire a Head of Organizational Development Manager. They are an excellent company to work for with a strong reputation in leading global brands.

Your Role: Your role is to shape, deliver and embed organizational development strategies, learning and best practices to build a culture that aligns to the clients values and aims and will achieve sustained high performance and an excellent working environment Head the HRBP, Talent and Policies and Procedures functions in managing the people requirements of the business and enhance organizational efficiency through driving the performance agenda coupled with a robust. As part of the HR leadership team, this role will be accountable for driving the strategic people agenda for the Sales, Marketing and Commercial functions in order to deliver business goals, while ensuring a sustainable and healthy organization. This will include partnering on ongoing business transformation and cultural evolution in a dynamic internal and external environment. As a senior HR leader, you will be expected to help the organization navigate the change and build the capabilities and talent pipeline needed for the future. Monitor Headcount, Saudization and manpower costs of the respective functions

Must Haves: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred, in Business, HRM, OD or Psychology.Strong track record through a number of senior HR roles, with exceptional HR Business partnering experience.Relevant experience of at least 10-15 in HR with 5+ years in managerial capacity. Background in FMCG industry preferred. Saudi Nationals will only be considered for this role
