Your Role: You would be responsible for leading the modern trade and self-service channel which contributes a significant percentage of the total revenues for the country. Leading a team you would be responsible for identifying the joint value drivers, lead the joint business planning with the key accounts, develop and deploy the strategic plan and ensure superior execution at the stores. Developing and deploying value based propositions for customer and company, communicating brand strategy, negotiating trade contracts, responsible for the price lists, and the financial consequences, introducing new products to customers, execution of the key accounts budgets. You would also be responsible for leading a team and improving processes along the way.
Must Have: MBA preferably with 15+ years of holistic and qualitative sales experience in the FMCG industry supporting direct sales & distribution. Astute professional who carries not only operational excellence but the ability to put strategy plans together as well. Candidates from food and beverage background preferred.
