Your Role: Design, implement and deliver targeted and successful training programs to the partners and distributors in the region and assist partner’s service organizations on technical questions/doubts. Develop the annual training calendar and the respective materials.
Together with the central training team, create and develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, tutorials and workshops.
Provide a proper technical support to distributor service managers across the region.
Must Have: You should have at least 5 years of business experience within major appliances training and/or technical support. Equipped with a Bachelors degree in Engineering you should have a strong passion and desire to deliver outstanding customer service, passion for products and technology and open to travel within the Middle East, Mediterranean and Africa geographies.
Good interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and planning skills. Good interpersonal and supervisory skills.
