Your Role: Looking for a Territory Development Supervisor for the snacks division of the company. You will be responsible to Develop profitable new business and grow the existing base by selecting coaching and training the territory sales team. Support CR / Salesman in growing accounts, by implementing full line distribution, execution standards and market credit policies.
Must Have: Minimum education bachelor degree, Driving licence, Good spoken and written English, Arabic speaking is an added advantage. Minimum 5 year experience within the FMCG industry. Sales Planning / objective setting / trade execution & relations . Must be Multi-tasking & problem solving, excellent Negotiations & Communication for customers business. Sales Oriented & results driven. Training & Coaching to improve performance. Creative & street smart.
