Your Role : This is a career opportunity for you...as you will be the only marketing resource in the region for the near future. You would be responsible from strategy to execution in the markets. As the consumer marketing expert, you will build a cohesive and actionable category marketing plan for your brands. Partnering with internal and external resources, you will develop and execute integrated programs, including advertising, promotions, public relations, etc. Develop extensive category plans and New Initiatives, ensuring the brands have a meaningful long- term consumer position and achieve maximum volume profit/growth. Develop primary communication vehicles in advertising, PR, online, etc. Lead agency relationships in the creation of key marketing elements. Drive the analysis of products, brands and category performance across all Brand segments. Ensure flawless execution in the markets.
Marketing professional from the fmcg industry with 10-15 years experience .. a mix of marketing + trade marketing would be great to have .
Deep experience in the GCC markets a must have ...Additional exposure of opening / establishing new markets in North Africa would be great to have .
And most importantly you should be HUNGRY for taking up the challenge of being an individual contributor for the first year and creating a legacy !....this is very important ..your attitude..
