Job Description

Your Role:
To closely collaborate with all departments and develop, lead and execute the business's S&OP strategy through leading management reviews, collaboration, management reporting, demand/supply planning, forecasting and sharing best practices. P
repare all data and metrics. Identify gaps and scenarios that must be presented. Guide final decision making on open items and trade-offs .Prepare escalations for executive review where appropriate. Create minutes, communicate key conclusion to stakeholders and perform follow up of the actions. Continuously improve the monthly S&OP cycle including timeliness of the demand and supply plan submissions, robust alignment with financial budgets and projections and critical meetings such as Demand (unconstrained and net) and Supply Reviews and well as S&OP and Leadership Team meetings. Maintain forecasts and manage links between systems for forecasting, master production scheduling, inventory management and product development. Integrate and align New Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand and Supply Planning calendars, processes, and tools .Assist in quantifying and defining scope for capacity, resource, logistics, and supply chain planning. PLEASE note that is critical that your resume reflects your achievements in Improving profitability , significant improvement in inventory turns, working capital , improved value for customer.

Must Have: You should have at least 7 years of business experience within Supply Chain including 5 years or more within Sales & Operational Planning. Preferably candidates with current or prior UAE experience ..followed by experience in the GCC markets. What is key is the impact that you should have had on your business.

Good interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and planning skills. Good interpersonal and supervisory skills.
