Your Role: You're the future Marketing Director! We're looking for an enthusiastic,young, full of ideas and energy - Brand Manager.
The BM will be responsible for managing the brand portfolio and identifying new opportunities for fast growing categories.
By analyzing brand performance against activity and ROI, you will identify new product and marketing opportunities, lead the launches/re launches.
Assisting the Marketing Manager, you will help create consumer focused brand plans through multi-channel campaigns.
You will motivate key external agencies to ensure that projects are carried out effectively, on time and in line with the overall company objectives.
Must Have: At least 3 years’ of brand management/marketing experience within FMCG organizations - Food/Beverages category
Demonstrable expertise of executing Annual Brand Strategy, ATL experience across the full marketing mix
Ability to come up with innovative ideas and present the same to the management
Possess commercial and analytical mind-set
Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
Eagerness to learn and grow
