Our Client A leading FMCG multinational in Jeddah is looking to hire a forward-thinking, proactive National Sales Manager.
With exciting and ambitious growth prospects in the pipeline, they are in search of an exceptional leader to join their dynamic and motivated team.
The Role You will be creating an overarching sales strategy, directing channels effectively and reporting to the Country GM.
Deliver on all financial targets in a sustainable manner by maximizing all sales opportunities, create and implement annual business plan and 3 year strategic plan for key accounts, manage annual trading terms negotiations, manage promotional trading plans in line with budgets and profit targets, develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels across the commercial, merchandising, marketing and finance teams - would be the essential responsibilities to reach and over achieve KPIs.
Must Haves 10 -12 years of Sales and Trade Marketing working with challenger FMCG global brands in a fast-paced environment
Solid Field Sales, Distribution Management, Trade Marketing experience in the Saudi Market is absolutely essential
Proven track record of delivering targets and growth
Entrepreneurial in approach with ability to manage change
Excellent verbal and written presentation, communication, organisation, selling and negotiation skills
