Our Client: Our client one of the largest FMCG Dairy companies in Europe is seeking a Sales & Operations Executive who will support their Sales Team.
Your Role: Main duties and responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks such as order processing; deals with invoices, payments and monitor ongoing orders. Provide point of contact for customers with queries about orders or deliveries. Contributes to quality customer service and help the sales team meet its targets. Maintain all contracts and agreements and create a database for trade terms & conditions. Prepares monthly sales report.
Must Have: 3+ years of experience in Sales and Operations experience. Action oriented individual with good planning & problem solving skills and a strong Customer Service focus. Knowledge of GCC markets is preferred. Degree holder in relevant field - Logistics, Supply Chain or Business qualification.
