Our Client: a household name in the consumer goods segment in the MEA region.
Your Role: You would lead on the Strategic and operational planning agenda, ensure that the revenue / value /sales volume/ gross profit targets are on track and being exceeded. Develop and deliver on the shopper marketing and trade marketing agenda to ensure that sales productivity is being enhanced. Continuously look at improvements to up performance, manage transformational route to market projects, reduce cost to serve, look at the revenue growth management , joint business planning and run the assessment on value segmentation and competition. You would also look at the sales capability agenda and drive it with different business units across the region..
Must Have: You should have at least 12+ years of business experience. What is critical that you have prior experience in the impulse category / dairy or beverage industry. Have a well rounded experience and the ability to drive transformation.
