Your Role: The position is going to be designated as Regional Sales Manager. managing KSA. the country has a substantial volume of business and complexity of delivery to be managed. You should have 8+ yrs of experience in the FMCG world, should have managed direct distribution. If you have managed revenues of over USD 10-15 million that would be a big plus. Experience in developing and deploying RTM strategies, identifying new opportunities and creating within the system would be critical
Must Have: MBA preferably with 8+ years in quality FMCG with experience in direct distribution and traditional trade. Prior experience in developing and deploying RTM strategies would be great to have. Financial Acumen and Numerical ability should be very strong.
