Your Role: Our client is looking to get on board a seasoned HR professional who will be the custodian of the "Organizational Efficiency"
Leading a team of ambitious HRBP's, the Sr. HR Manager will manage the talent and policies & procedures functions aligned to enhance organizational efficiency.
Along with the team, you will develop performance strategies to ensure increased employee motivation and performance. Ensuring Retention would be the key to build short-term and long-term people strategies.
All in all you will be the internal HR Consultant to the management helping in achieving business objectives by managing what drives the business; "people"!
We're looking to only hire Saudi Nationals
10 – 12 years of experience in managing overall HR functions, 5+ years in leadership roles
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Background in FMCG will be highly preferred
