CRM Manager - Automotive
Our client: A Global Automotive leader and a very renowned name in the OEM segment. Looking for a very dynamic CRM Manager.
Your role: The CRM Manager would be in charge with defining the regional CRM approach and operating it as part of the company’s Digital CX along with the digital stack in Middle East. This role is anchored in the company’s Marketing and PR team and is reporting to the DGM Marketing. The incumbent would be leading the I-ME CRM steering committee as the project leader and would be aligning overall CRM topics with the After Sales, Sales department and Marketing. You would be aligning CRM topics with suppliers
