CRM Manager - Automotive

Our client: A Global Automotive leader and a very renowned name in the OEM segment. Looking for a very dynamic CRM Manager.

Your role: The CRM Manager would be in charge with defining the regional CRM approach and operating it as part of the company’s Digital CX along with the digital stack in Middle East. This role is anchored in the company’s Marketing and PR team and is reporting to the DGM Marketing. The incumbent would be leading the I-ME CRM steering committee as the project leader and would be aligning overall CRM topics with the After Sales, Sales department and Marketing. You would be aligning CRM topics with suppliers (Adobe / creative agency) and company’s global headquarter. Your KRA would revolve around:

  1. Defining the company' Middle East CRM strategy
  2. Creating a roll-out plan and manage it with the regional teams
  3. Manage I-ME lead database and run direct marketing activities
  4. Manage operational CRM (direct marketing)

Must have:

  1. 7-12 years of Experience in the Middle East in AUTOMOTIVE sector in Customer Relationship Management is MUST
  2. University degree in Marketing / IT
  3. Arabic & English are must
  4. Knowledge in Adobe Campaign Manager, SalesForce, Tableau and database infrastructure is must.
