This one most definitely needs an astute mind with 7+ years of experience in implementing sales & marketing strategy of the company, Experience in Automotive in KSA is essential as there will be no time to learn the ropes of the market, Ability to deal with ambiguity, be a calculated risk taker, conduct Dealer Audit, can lead a team and deliver on stretch targets. The challenge is to ensure achievement of sales volume, market share, and profit objectives according to the annual business plans by managing the dealer & sales team across all channels including both RETAIL & FLEET in coordination with sales partners. Deliver on market share and create a sustainable business in IMEA.

- Business degree preferred, otherwise any graduate.
- 7+ years of experience in Automotive sales in KSA
- Experience in premium brands would be a definite plus
- The incumbent needs to have a Can Do attitude and enthusiasm to handle duties beyond their scope if required.
- Success doesn't come easy so we are looking at somebody who can take that kind of pressure
- Fluency in English & Arabic is must.
