Job Description

We are looking for a specific streak of passion that borders on maniacal and there is a reason for that… You would fit into the company culture! You would derive enormous pleasure from the range of roles and clients that you would work with (tedious work for the weak hearted honestly) and enjoy new learnings which will be ably supported by great financial rewards.

You should have experience in recruiting from the management trainee to the mid-level across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Logistics and Technical roles. Should have independently handled mandates, have a consultative approach and a solution seeking mind-set.

Candidates need to carry hard-core recruiting experience as you would have already gone through the trials and tribulations of changing goal posts. Be sufficiently road worthy to be able to handle the near impossible deadlines

Work in different time zones and work across different cultures and mind-sets.

The position would sit well with people who are networkers & hunters by nature with a large heart …as success in talent acquisition comes with a lot of blood and sweat!

Job board recruiters won’t be successful in our set up. Like mentioned above we need crazy!

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline with at least 3-4 years of recruiting experience.
  • You should be a voracious reader, updated on current events and political scenarios.
  • Articulate, you should be a good listener with the ability to influence things not directly under your control.
  • You need to be a super energized individual with a great sense of humour to boot.
  • You are proactive, ambitious, entrepreneurial and thrive in a team environment
  • Previous experience of working in a 360 degree recruitment role preferred
  • Strong understanding of your area/ region & market expertise, excellent knowledge of the MEA market place
  • Demonstrate a track record of successfully nurturing business relationship
  • Excellent client management skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent command of English language both written and oral
  • MS Office, PC literacy
  • Commitment to results and teamwork spirit
