Job Description Our Client: A leading multinational in South Africa are looking to bring on board a Representative for customer service to join their in team in South Africa. The incumbent would be a an experienced logistics professional with strong Customer Service experience.
Your Role:- As a Customer Service Representative for MEA, The incumbent would be the face of the brand for the client's esteemed customers, understanding the customer and market vise outbound requirements, process export order in SAP, achieve execution excellence in managing export sales orders from end to end whilst ensuring legal & trade compliance and achieve key performance metrics.

Must Haves:-

Must have at least 8 to 10 years experience in Supply chain (Customer Service) Space.

Must be a bachelors in Supply chain or Equivalent.
Good Communication skills - Written and spoken English is a must. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not must.
Good Analytical Skills
Highly motivated.
Creative
Working Knowledge of SAP.
