Our Client: Is a greenfield entity within the Aseptic Packaging industry.
Your Role: To lead business development and sales activities within the Middle East and Africa corridor and keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies. Top line responsibility with strong focus on customer relationship, quality, budgets and sales strategy.
Must Have: You should ideally be with one of the global top 5 aseptic packaging companies or other packaging companies in general handling P&L for multiple geographies/countries. Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead a category and/or region as a stand alone resource. You should have excellent relationships within the MEA markets and would have led sales as a third party packaging manufacturer or selling machinery required by the packaging companies.
Good interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and planning skills. Good interpersonal and supervisory skills.
