|Job Description||Our Client: A growing entrepreneurial set up in the perfumes industry is about to kick-start their operations in UAE. And for that they are looking to recruit an aggressive and passionate Exports Manager.|
Your Role: The Exports Manager will independently create an "attack" plan for the GCC markets minus UAE.
He will build a solid and credible distribution network, establish strong relationships with the wholesalers, effectively position the "challenger" brand and aggressively work towards biting into the market share. Sales Volumes, market share, profitable margins will be under the purview within an empowering environment which will provide you with the right tools to achieve the same.
A start up organization needs highly passionate managers to establish and then drive the business
Minimum of 10-12 years of proven and successful sales experience in the Perfumes industry - exports experience is a must
Strong ability to negotiate, focus and drive for results!
