Your Role : The Regional HSE Manager is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is driven by the opportunity to build something from scratch!
You will lead the development of the entire Environment, Safety and Health Department. Establishing the HSE function, policy, procedures, road map and deploying the procedures to all the region sites will be the top line responsibility. For all the 4 sites located across the ME region you will develop and implement training plan covering all business needs, establish HSE KPIs and all in all enhance the HSE culture across the Group.
Seasoned supply chain professional with 10-12 years experience
Managed multiple plants/manufacturing along with Warehouse units in the FMCG industry
Lead HSE functions in a mix of organizations - established multinationals along with developing/start up set ups
Demonstrate strong leadership attributes
