Your Role: The Assistant Recruitment Manager will be responsible for achieving designated divisional recruitment levels of Saudi Nationals. Supervising a team of recruiters, the successful applicant will attract talent from across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for all tiers and grades of employee. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide an efficient service, in line with the delivery of the ‘time to hire/cost per hire’ KPIs; continually review recruitment processes to ensure they are fit for purpose. Development and maintenance of recruitment & selection processes as well as a talent pool. Manage assessment centers as well as sitting on recruitment panels when required.
Must Have: At least 5+ years' recruitment experience gained in either an agency or in-house setting. Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability, able to challenge and influence. Saudi Nationals will be considered for this role.
