|Job Description||Our Client: A market leader in the lubricant industry is looking for Sales Capability Manager.|
Your Role: You would be working closely with the sales team with responsibility for developing sales-force capability & skills by leading the implementation and sustainment of field ready sales tools, tracking the progress, and driving business results. As a key member within the functional team to apply/maintain the changes. Lead the implementation and delivery of Sales across the DCs. Maintain a presence in the field to follow-up on implementation. Highlights strong performers and identifies areas of improvement. Update management on the implementation status and ask for assistance when needed to ensure successful/timely implementation. You will be the custodian of steering the sales team and be the transformation driver of this growing business.
Must Have: Ambitious sales professional with at least 8+ years of experience out of which 3+ years with active involvement in the capability training and management would be ideal.Proven track record of target achievement and sales management. Excellent communicator and negotiator.
Saudi experience is mandatory.
