Job Description Our Client: A global name in the FMCG industry who is on the growth path in Maghreb region looking to hire Regional Sales Manager- Maghreb

Your Role: The company needs a seasoned sales professional who can manage the existing distributors, look at the developing the strategy for each channel (key accounts / whole sale / traditional trade). Setting direction and managing through the distributors. Managing BTL Spends and settlement of claims, Managing Pricing & getting better margins, take financial decisions regarding pricing etc and look at the reevaluation of existing business partners, driving market share and ensuring the correct systems and processes are put in place to drive sustainable growth. Should have prior experience in managing the P&L and strong market understanding of the country and specifically either of the two main channels Modern or Traditional is critical.

Must Have: 7-10 years of quality experience in the region. Must have exposure to Distribution Management, Channel Management and Trade Marketing. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven by achieving sales and profit targets. Bilingual French and English.
