Your Role: As a key member of the Management Team you will play a critical role in driving and developing the marketing objectives and strategies for the Saudi market. The role requires experience with hands-on experience in marketing insights, rollouts and activations Development of the overall Brand and Marketing strategies to achieve set Brand Health and Market Share targets. Manage overall Marketing Budget and continuously realign marketing investments and improve efficiencies, Conduct consumer research and generate market intelligence to inform product and communication development. Leadership of local marketing/commercial teams to deliver results, and complex. MBA from a renowned institution.
12+ years of work experience. Can demonstrate use and understanding of market & customer insight to drive decision making and activity. Adept at translating insight into actionable plans that drive commercial benefit. Brand Management and Trade Marketing experience, clear evidence of strong commercial and business rigor with "end to end" thinking. Able to engage and connect to ensure successful implementation. Saudi Nationals only for the role. Industry experience retail/ fmcg / food & beverages/ hospitality is preferred.
