Job Description Our Client: A niche global brand; they are looking for a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to join their team to provide an excellent level of support across all aspects of Marketing, focusing on the brand shopping experience amongst all retail partners, taking direct responsibility for accounts in GCC.

Your Role: You will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of the annual Trade Marketing budget for the Company's brands portfolio. On a strategic level the Trade Marketing Manager role will help to ensure that profitable volume growth is achieved for the brand portfolio through your in depth understanding of the complexities of each channel and customer. You will manage all promotional spend and trade investment in line with the annual budget and proactively help to identify and maximize opportunities for the brand portfolio. You will need to ensure that the appropriate systems, protocols and best practices are in place for the smooth and effective management of trade spend and investment, in line with Company and customer requirements.A growing global FMCG business is looking for a talented Trade Marketing Manager to manage the 4Ps and develop the channel strategies for their well-known portfolio encompassing GCC and Levant markets.They are looking for, and this will best suit, commercially minded individuals who have demonstrated the ability to lead and outperform competitors in their career to date. Being the link between the Brand team and business development Managers, this is a vital role being introduced within the organization.Key focus would be on strong markets - KSA/UAE/Kuwait - experience of managing key accounts/customer marketing in these markets would be essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a sales (modern trade) or trade marketing history of at least 5 years experience, who is looking to step into a management role with high visibility and strong career advancement potential. We will consider people based in KSA and UAE. You will be travelling a lot in the initial months, so flexibility is important.
Capability of working autonomously, Strong analytical skills, a drive for results - would be key attributes.


Must Have: You will require approximately 6 + years’ experience in the FMCG industry with a mix of sales and trade marketing position. Proven experience in up-selling and adding value within an FMCG, travel or retail environment will be helpful in reaching KPIs and business goals.
