Our Client: A reputed business house with regional presence in the GCC.
Your Role: The Field Sales Manager is an opportunity to further your understanding of sales management with responsibility for a team of sales executives in the region. Your team of sales execs will be selling into General trade and Key accounts across your geographical territory. A key part of the role will involve supporting your team by building relationships with major customers and taking ownership of the commercial relationship to continue driving the success of the brand. This is a field-based role that will require you to spend time developing productive relationships, negotiating range, pricing and promotions with distributors to optimize sales.
Must Have: Success in this role will come from demonstrated field management or state account management experience within the FMCG/Tobacco industry. 2+ years of experience within the FMCG sector.
Possess strong people management and motivation skills along with an excellent selling and negotiating capabilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
