|Job Description||Our Client: A Leading consumer goods organization based in the Kingdom is looking to hire a seasoned sales professional to help transform their direct distribution in Saudi.|
Your Role: You would be responsible for the design, review and maintenance of excellent route to market strategy which delivers an effective and efficient return for the organization. You would undertake the route design, mapping of regions , identify opportunities and gaps. Work on route productivity, Drive operational and strategic route resouring agenda with stakeholders ensure business growth and optimization of resources. Ability to analyse and resolve issues by developing RTM programs, check and balance and reporting tools is essential. You should be able to measure the ROI on the RTM process and influence stakeholders .
Must Have: The successful candidate will be energetic, business focused, results driven manager who can work in high pressure and high performance environment with 8-10 years of sales experience, should have worked in direct distribution with a substantial cash van operation. 3+ yrs of specialisation in route to market is absolutely essential.
