Our Client: A regional player in the GCC markets in the food & beverage industry.
Your Role: Reporting directly to the GM, You will be responsible for managing distribution businesses in Kuwait & Qatar, delivers set targets and secure, sustain and develop new businesses while working with the distributor. The other duties to be fulfilled are to Set distributor’s targets, Manage, monitor and evaluate the performance of the distributor – hold monthly business reviews, maintain distributor scorecards, Coach & lead distributor’s sales operation – spend 60% of the time in the field, Visit the customers and the outlets to identify growth opportunities, Ensure proper stock availability in distributor’s warehouse securing no out of stock situation and expiry/slow moving & obsolete products and Verify and approve the Business Development Agreements with customers
Must Have: Minimum 7+ years’ experience in sales and distribution with a business development role in managing quality brands in the FMCG sector. Candidates must have strong exposure to the Gulf market and the management of distributors. Solid experience is essential in sales promotions and implementation with project management skills demonstrated with successful product launches. Candidates MUST be able to speak Arabic and English.
