|Job Description||Our Client: A reputed regional player in the region known for their brands and empowered culture is looking for a Key Account Manager|
Your Role: Reporting directly to the country manager, the successful candidate will have responsibility for growing volume, distribution and profit of Key, Regional and Independent Accounts in the channel. Planning and executing an account management strategy, Identifying and meeting customer needs, continually evaluating customer challenges and goals and assisting the company in maximizing efficiencies and profitability. The Manager will also be responsible for leading the modern trade channel agenda while developing the internal and distributor sales teams ensuring optimum level of delivery. With market knowledge and deep insights, strategize on plans to gain market share and lead to both; quick and long term wins.
Must Have: FMCG Sales professionals with Key Accounts/Modern Trade channel expertise with minimum of 5+ years of experience within the GCC market. You should have a proven track record of managing and developing big accounts at the same time winning new ones. Entrepreneurial, ability to deal with ambiguity, ambitious and can-do attitude
