Our client: A Global PRINCIPAL Automotive Giant who are Pioneers in their business in the automotive market are looking for a Aftersales Area Manager to take care of their Egypt business.
Your role: The incumbent would be looking after the aftersales market in Automotive industry. You will ensure national aftersales volume & profit targets are met, manage dealer network, enhance Retention through service outlets, parts sales through service workshops, create and manage budgets, recruit and manage staff, control costs, maximize income, manage, introduce and implement systems and procedures, provide hands on coaching guidance to increase CSI and company profitability. We are looking for inspiring & self-motivated individuals with previous experience of developing and managing an After-sales network in Egypt market. This role will have you as a crucial part in supporting the development of the company's after sales business in Egypt.
