Job Description Our Client: A leading retail organization in Saudi Arabia .

Your Role:
As the market have a changed reality today our client has taken major steps to meet the changed landscape. it also brings about the need to have an astute retail professional who can not only run a tight ship but also drive transformation . You would be responsible for managing the overall operations across the kingdom, including commercial, buying, sales operation, inventory management, warehousing and logistics. You would need to strengthen the capabilities and process within the commercial and operation departments. Ensure a proper delivery of the brand targeted customer experience.
Insatiably curious and ever hungry for growth you would bring to the table expertise in sales / sales operations and business development. With a hand on the pulse of the Saudi market you would be accountable looking at the acquisition of new principals as well as for the sales strategies, solutions and marketing as well. Prior experience in the Retail environment is necessary for this role.. You should have worked in a high pressure business focused environment, with a track record of increasing sales, optimizing current process and generating new strategic alliances to add to the current portfolio.


Must Have:
15+ Years of experience in Retail. Minimum 5 years’ experience in leadership position managing sizable in both sales or commercial field. Manged P&L responsibility or Business Unit Manager of a division/subsidiary of a larger company. Must have the ability to think at a strategic level and the talent to transform strategy into action plans. Strong interpersonal and communication skills .Strong negation skills and track record of improving profit, operational efficiency with a strong commercial acumen
