Your Role : As a first step towards the larger vision the company needs a seasoned sales professional who can manage the existing distributors, look at the developing the strategy for each channel. You will develop brand awareness and support growth in the Strategic Accounts Channel. Managing spends and settlement of claims, Managing Pricing & getting better margins, take financial decisions regarding pricing etc and look at the reevaluation of existing business partners, driving market share and ensuring the correct systems and processes are put in place to drive sustainable growth. Should have prior experience in managing the P&L and strong market understanding of the country.
Must Haves: 10+ years of experience in managing distributors in KSA, need an aggressive but assertive commercial professional who'll be able to set up and grow the business. Strong blend of operations and strategic experience. Strong experience working with a Distributor model. Must have exposure to Distribution Management, Channel Management and Trade Marketing. Candidates based in Saudi will only be considered for this role. Arabic speaking candidates will only be considered for this role.
