Industry experience could be from consumer goods / FMCG / consumer electronics, retail, lubricants, chemicals.... as long as there is a substantial experience in Business to Customer channel and in managing Van operations. These are a few areas that would be key for the incumbent to drive...Regionals sales strategy while leading a team of Sales Supervisors. Focus being on delivering the volume targets, maintaining trade marketing standards and driving the region’s distribution productivity and efficiency. Identifying growth opportunities and enabling teams to deliver to the same. Actively supporting the business growth and planning process by identifying and developing new customers.
