Job Description

Our Client: A market leader in their industry is looking for RSM.

Your Role: You should have led a team, should have the proven ability to manage operations and formulate the glide path for the business for the future. Industry experience could be from consumer goods / FMCG / consumer electronics, retail, lubricants, chemicals.... as long as there is a substantial experience in Business to Customer channel and in managing Van operations. These are a few areas that would be key for the incumbent to drive...Regionals sales strategy while leading a team of Sales Supervisors. Focus being on delivering the volume targets, maintaining trade marketing standards and driving the region’s distribution productivity and efficiency. Identifying growth opportunities and enabling teams to deliver to the same. Actively supporting the business growth and planning process by identifying and developing new customers.

Must Have: Well educated preferably with 8-10+ years of holistic and qualitative sales experience in any industry supporting direct sales & distribution.
Good communicator who can not only influence but can present to a range of customers and external stakeholders. Role open to Saudi Nationals only.
