Job Description Our Client: A known name in the food industry has made some early moves which has enabled a healthy growth despite the market dynamics of today. They are well on track with their strategy which would ensure accelaerated growth in the coming years.

Your Role : This is a career opportunity for you...as you set the marketing stratgey for the B2C and the B2B as well. Leading a team you would be responsible for brand development You would be responsible from strategy to execution in the markets. Brand Development would be the key agenda . As the consumer marketing expert, you will build a cohesive and actionable category marketing plan for your brands. Partnering with internal and external resources, you will develop and execute integrated programs, including advertising, promotions, public relations, etc. Develop extensive category plans and New Initiatives, ensuring the brands have a meaningful long- term consumer position and achieve maximum volume profit/growth. Develop primary communication vehicles in advertising, PR, online, etc. Lead agency relationships in the creation of key marketing elements. Drive the analysis of products, brands and category performance across all Brand segments. Ensure flawless execution in the markets. Oversee development of customer insights and business/market intelligence development, syndicated data, sales analysis and corresponding presentations so as to identify and capitalize on the most advantageous business opportunities

Must Haves: Min 7-9+ years of relevant experience in marketing, brand and category management. FMCG industry experience essential, Frozen Food preferred. Mix of B2C and B2B experience preferred.Ability to deal with ambiguity/priorities.Flexible with problem solving skills
