Job Description Our Client: A leading FMCG company is looking for an awesome marketer to join the Brand Marketing Team based at the regional hub – Dubai. This is a great opportunity to work across the entire brand portfolio within the global travel retail team.

Your Role: The Regional Brand Manager will collaborate the markets insights to develop and implement the brand strategy for the assigned brands in order to achieve current, long-term marketing, market share and sales targets. Driving the realization and implementation of marketing strategy and plans across markets while supporting the Manager in commercial plans, strategic documents and periodical business reviews by providing solid input and raising necessary flags from retail audit analysis to enable relevant action plans.
Ensuring timely ordering & delivery/execution of POSM, visuals, and materials. Actively involved in briefing the creative agency on branding opportunities while making sure that all concepts provided are in line with the brand guidelines. Support the global and regional marketing teams in the global & regional/local brand content. This role will suit someone who enjoys taking responsibility and ownership and is looking for an opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment where they can really make a difference!

Must Have: We are looking for someone who is at the top of their game, excelling in their current role, and ready to take on a new and exciting challenge. You will need demonstrable success in your career to date, and this must be in FMCG - total years of experience ranging 5-7 years. Minimum 4+ years of experience in independently managing brands portfolio along with some experience in trade marketing.
