|Job Description||Our Client: - A leading multinational is on a look our out for a HR Head for Zambia.|
Your Role: Looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner who will be a part of the country management team to be involved in the development and implementation of business strategy for Zambia. Will provide HR support to Zambia business. Will be responsible for managing & developing the HR policies and procedures from scratch. Will act as a guide and coach to the entire management team as well HR team to achieve organization goal.
Must Have:- Incumbent should come with 8 + years experience in HR Business partnering role. Zambian national with exceptional expertise in local labour laws. Hands on experience in managing blue collar employees.. A greenfield experience of setting up the HR from scratch would be preferable.
