|Job Description||Our Client: A leading local FMCG player in Oman are looking to hire a Modern Trade Manager to join their team in Muscat|
Your Role: Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the MT Manager will be responsible for driving the growth - both Volume & Profit objectives of the company, improving the execution level in the assigned channel to capture shares of sell-out & space, leading & developing In-House field force to create solid operation base & Future leadership team, supervising and developing the distributor team to increase quality of performance, engagement, and share of mind.
Must Haves: We're looking for successful and effective sales professionals currently with a work experience of at least 4-5 years within an FMCG set up. Previous experience in managing multiple key accounts preferably with a region mix experience. You must be competent to lead the channel plans and steer the team to effective performance. Leadership or managerial experience would be a big advantage.
